Refund Policy

We want you to love every SKINVOIRE product you receive. If something isn\u2019t right, here is how we make it right.
1. Pre-order cancellations
You may cancel a pre-order of the Adaptive Clear Serum at any time before it ships and receive a full refund to your original payment method. Once your order has shipped, standard return conditions apply.
2. Returns window
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return. The item must be unopened, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these criteria.
3. Opened or used products
For hygiene and safety reasons, opened skincare products can only be returned if they are defective, damaged, or significantly different from what was described. In these cases, we will offer a replacement or full refund at your choice.
4. How to request a return
- Email support@skinvoire.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Our team will respond within 2 business days with return instructions and, if approved, a prepaid return label where applicable.
- Ship the item back within 7 days of receiving your return authorization.
5. Refund processing
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you and process your refund within 5-10 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the funds to appear in your account.
6. Damaged or defective items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or with missing items, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the package and product. We will replace the item or issue a full refund, including any shipping costs.
7. Non-returnable items
The following cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective:
- Gift cards and promotional vouchers.
- Items marked as final sale or limited release.
- Products that have been visibly used, tampered with, or stored improperly.
8. Exchanges
We do not process direct exchanges. If you would like a different variant or product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Changes are posted here with an updated \u201CLast updated\u201D date and, where significant, communicated by email.
