SKINVOIRE offers AI-assisted skincare guidance, personalized routines, a curated shop and an AI coach. Some features are not yet available and are clearly marked as \u201Ccoming soon\u201D.

You must be at least 16 years old to use SKINVOIRE. By using the service you confirm you meet this requirement and that any information you provide is accurate.

You can join our waitlist by submitting your email. You are responsible for the email address you provide. When accounts launch in the app, you will be responsible for keeping your credentials safe.

You agree not to:

• Use SKINVOIRE for any unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purpose.
• Attempt to access, scrape, or interfere with our systems beyond normal browser use.
• Upload content that infringes someone else\u2019s rights, or images that are not yours to use.
• Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the service without our written permission.

SKINVOIRE\u2019s analyses, routines and Coach responses are generated by machine-learning models and curated content. They are intended for general beauty and wellness purposes only and are not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. See our Medical Disclaimer for full details.

When the SKINVOIRE shop launches, product purchases will be subject to additional sales terms presented at checkout. Prices, availability and shipping windows are subject to change.

The SKINVOIRE name, logo, website, app, content and underlying technology are owned by SKINVOIRE Ltd and protected by intellectual-property laws. You retain ownership of the photos and inputs you submit, but grant us a limited licence to process them to deliver the service.

Our curated shop highlights both SKINVOIRE products and third-party favourites. SKINVOIRE is not responsible for the formulations, claims, or fulfilment of third-party brands; their own terms apply.

The service is provided \u201Cas is\u201D and \u201Cas available\u201D. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SKINVOIRE Ltd, its affiliates, and team will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or skin outcomes, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the previous 12 months or (b) USD 100.

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or use the service in a way that risks harm to others or to our infrastructure.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence still apply.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced on this page and, where appropriate, by email. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
