Shipping Policy

Everything you need to know about how SKINVOIRE gets your order from our warehouse to your door.
1. Where we ship
We currently ship to addresses in Nigeria, Ghana, Kenya, South Africa, the United Kingdom, the United States, Canada, and the European Union. We are actively working to expand to more regions. If your country is not listed, you can join our waitlist to be notified when we launch shipping there.
2. Processing time
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. Pre-orders for the Adaptive Clear Serum will ship according to the estimated delivery window shown at checkout and in your order confirmation email.
3. Delivery estimates
Delivery times vary by destination and carrier:
- Local (Nigeria) — 2-5 business days
- Africa (major cities) — 5-10 business days
- UK & EU — 5-12 business days
- US & Canada — 7-14 business days
These are estimates, not guarantees. Delays due to customs, weather, or carrier issues are outside our control, but we will do our best to help resolve them.
4. Shipping costs
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address, package weight, and selected carrier. Orders above a threshold advertised at checkout may qualify for free shipping. Any promotions will be clearly displayed before you complete your purchase.
5. Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to monitor your delivery. You can also look up your order anytime using the Track Order page and the reference number from your confirmation.
6. Customs, duties, and taxes
International orders may be subject to import duties, customs fees, and local taxes levied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the product or shipping price paid at checkout. We are unable to predict or control these charges.
7. Failed or refused delivery
If a package is returned to us because the address was incorrect, the recipient was unavailable, or the delivery was refused, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery. In some cases, additional shipping fees may apply. If you choose not to re-deliver, a refund minus original shipping costs will be issued.
8. Lost or damaged packages
If your tracking shows the package was delivered but you have not received it, or if the package arrives visibly damaged, please contact support@skinvoire.com within 48 hours. We will investigate with the carrier and, if confirmed lost or damaged by the carrier, replace the item or issue a full refund.
9. Packaging
We use recyclable and protective packaging designed to keep your products safe in transit while minimising environmental impact. If you have feedback on our packaging, we would love to hear it.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this Shipping Policy from time to time. Changes are posted here with an updated \u201CLast updated\u201D date.
